Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. During market prep weeks or busy seasons, it may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and the carrier rates available for your address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

Yes. UPS isn't able to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so USPS will be the available option at checkout for those.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not currently. We ship within the US only.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you'll receive an automatic email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

At this time, once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancel it, so please double check your cart and shipping address before checking out.

Will my Lotion Dots or lip balm melt in the mail?

Some of our products are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, items may soften slightly in transit. Lotion Dots and lip balm may develop noticeable 'sweat' beads when exposed to extreme heat or humidity. Lotion Dots may no longer retain their individual shape. This doesn't affect quality.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our products are personal care items, all sales are final once an order ships. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Using Our Products

How do I use Lotion Dots?

Pinch one dot between your fingers and thumb until it softens, or press one into the palm of your hand, then apply to dry hands, feet, elbows, or anywhere that needs a little extra hydration. Each tin holds about 60 portions.

How should I store my products?

Keep your products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and away from hot cars or windowsills, especially in the summer.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still use your products?

Everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a small patch test before regular use, and discontinuing use if you notice any irritation. See our Legal Notice page for more on this.

Finding Us

Do you have a storefront?

We don't have a brick-and-mortar shop. You can shop online anytime, and you can also find us in person at local pop-up markets and select consignment locations around Colorado Springs.

Can I pick up my online order locally instead of having it shipped?

All orders placed online are shipped. If you are local to Colorado Springs and want to pick up your order at a market you must email ahead of time. Your order would be rung up and processed separate from the website.

Gift Cards & Sales

Do you sell gift gards?

Yes, gift cards are available on our site and make a great gift if you're not sure which scent to choose.

Do you ever run sales?

Yes, keep an eye on our site and email list for sales and seasonal promotions.
