Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. During market prep weeks or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your order out the door quickly.

If we're closed for vacation or otherwise unable to ship within our usual timeframe, you'll see a banner posted on our site with updated processing times. Please check there for the most current information, especially before placing a time-sensitive order.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and the carrier rates available for your address. We ship via USPS and UPS, currently to addresses within the United States only.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We're happy to ship to PO Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses. Please note that UPS isn't able to deliver to these addresses, so only USPS shipping options will be available at checkout in these cases.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with your tracking information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancel it. Please double check your cart, shipping address, and order details before checking out.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some of our products, including Lotion Dots, lip balm, and bath bombs, are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, items may soften or shift slightly in transit. This doesn't affect product quality. Lotion Dots and lip balm return to their normal texture once they cool down, and bath bombs perform just the same even if their shape softens a bit. If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us at customerservice@moonphasesoap.com and we'll make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package has shipped. If your tracking shows an issue or your package hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact us at customerservice@moonphasesoap.com and we'll help look into it.
