Returns & Refunds Policy

At Moon Phase Soap Co., every bar of soap, tin of Lotion Dots, bath bomb, and lip balm is made in small batches by hand. Because these are personal care products that touch your skin, all sales are final. We're not able to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, whether the item is unopened, opened, or used. This keeps things safe and sanitary for everyone.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once an order ships. We don't accept returns or exchanges on any item, including soap, Lotion Dots, bath bombs, lip balm, room sprays, and gift sets, regardless of whether it's unopened, opened, or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@moonphasesoap.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item and packaging
• A short description of the issue

Once we take a look, we'll set things right with a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be returned or exchanged for cash.

Sale and Clearance Items

Items bought on sale or marked clearance are final sale. They're not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, though damaged or defective sale items are still covered under the policy above.
